A full lower body and core session using one set of medium weight dumbbells. We work the legs, glutes, and deep core together. Expect controlled tempo, intentional form cues, and zero rushing. Duration: 35 minutes. Equipment: a mat and medium weight dumbbells (for reference, I used 10 lbs).
