A full lower body session focused on glutes and legs using one medium weight dumbbell. We start with a mobility warm-up to prepare the hips and knees before loading, then work through single leg and bilateral movements that build strength, stability and control. Duration: 30 minutes. Equipment: a mat and a medium weight dumbbell (for reference, I used 10 lbs).
