Full Body Strength & Core – 30 mins
A full body session using one light and one medium or heavy dumbbell. We start with a mobility warm-up, then work through movements that challenge your glutes, core, and total body stability together.
Equipment: a mat and one heavy dumbbell (for reference, I used 5 lbs and 10 lbs).

Higher demand on your strength, stability, and focus. Still controlled and intentional, just more load and less rest.
